Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your swimwear or apparel is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags and hygiene stickers attached.

• 2.
  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Post Your Package

  Print your generated shipping label and securely package your items before dropping them off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
